Looking great Rick! I like the colors and the application is first rate.

There is something fundamentally amiss with a society which forces it's modelers to work for a living.

Thanks Fredrik! French aircraft are actually fun to paint  ;D I still have to do some minor re shaping on the pattern and add the brown and black!

You have a knack for colours! First you impress me with the great stripes on the Fokker (with the Prussian blue) and now again such a beautiful colour pattern! Brilliant!

Cheers,
Frank

Thanks Frank. All of the colors are now applied. I will need to go back and fix a few things on the patterns, especially the Rickenbacker bird. I found great photos of both sides on Google images, Neither of which were in My Reference books  :(

Extremely good colours Rick. I like the simple way in which you mask the edges - simple but effective - my kind of modelling!!

That's Murphy's law of modeling!
If you have checked n references before and doing that thing on your model, you will find the opposite immediately after that in reference n+1 ::)

Thanks STephen. I tend to keep things simple on all of My builds. Probably because I don't experiment enough on Fancier solutions  :o

Yes Frank, one seldom beats the Law of References! So I have finished the touch up and re do of the patterns. I won't claim 100% accuracy as I still had to make a couple of educated guesses! Next up is painting the cowl rings and rudders then decalling 8)

PS: The First three photos are Luke's Bleriot bird and the others are Rickenbackers Kelner Machine
