Bob, Richard,
Thank you both for your generous comments.  I've already thanked "Wonderdog" for his contribution of the fluff and several hairs to the left inside fuselage frame shot, he's very close to being banned from my cave at this rate! >:( >:(
Cheers,
Lance

Outstanding as always Lance. From interior to seat and belts and finally the engine, all superbly detailed!

Looking good Lance as you progress on this build.  I will be following closely as you continue your work on this and see how you do the stripes on the forward area of the model.  Drilling out the holes in the controls is a fun challenge.   :o

Thanks for your comments Mark. Those control horns and the "eyes" on the struts are as fine a detail as I've encountered on any Kit and demand some pretty keen attention and a gentle approach to work on. Since I want a "structural" rigging I've replaced the strut cross brace terminals on the interplanes with metal ones, also a very touchy job! Lots of modelling excitement occurring here these last several days to borrow your expression! ;)
Cheers,
Lance

Thank you all for the much appreciated comments. I've got it ready to sew up now, just a few control cables to sort out and the cockpit module is done.
Cheers,
Lance

Lance I didn't even realize that you are on another Camel yet! Very nice progress -- of course -- but not so much weathering as on your last one, right?

Boggie and Andreas,
I've got 2 Builds presently underway, the AEG per the Canadian Aviation and Space Museum restoration and this Camel. I intend to alternate between the two for now and have just got the Camel ready to close up which is where the AEG was left off, I'll do a tiny bit more on this one and then switch back to the AEG. Andreas, this Camel will be no where near the degree of weathering on the MacLaren Le Rhone version earlier. This one has many photos to study and is, overall, quite well kept and clean in the photos. I'll post some photos before I roll this one to the back of the Hangar and return to the AEG, and thanks much for looking and for your comments!
Cheers,
Lance

Wow Lance - I have missed this one. That has come a long way in a short time, but the quality has not suffered one bit. Those tiny rings for the rigging look as though they were real fun to fit....... Excellent job there.

Stephen.
