Finally this Build is starting to move along at a decent pace.I've completed all of the tasks I wanted done prior to mounting the top wing which I hope to tackle tomorrow.
First on the list was to install the cross brace at the front of the small axle wing which I'd prepared for but forgot to add when the landing gear was rigged. The center turnbuckle is from GasPatch Models. The wheels were damaged earlier; they have been removed, drilled and pinned, and will be installed in the final assembly stage.

All of the rigging that could be done on the lower wing and fuselage was completed to ease the process once the upper wing is attached.

The engine cowling retention brackets broken off earlier were "scratched" from lead shrink seal from a bottle of good "Red from Oz" and all four replaced and painted.

I located a PE footstep liner in the spares box, modified it slightly and it was installed and painted as well.

........ and finally the previously badly repaired starboard Vickers Gun received a new muzzle with a 0.7 mm brass barrel to match the port one, now they do match! The barrel was robbed from my un-built Clerget Kit which awaits a replacement from fellow Member and good Buddy Mark Krumrey (MGunns) from his Ship's Camel version which needs one only. Many Thanks "Gunney"!

I am looking forward to getting that upper wing done, not far to go to completion from there!
Cheers,
Lance
