Hello Borsos, you're welcome!

The decals were espially for the Fee, but I just used them, because they were in the HGW Superset for the Fee that I have ordered long ago.
They are not pre-cut and have an overlap of 2mm. Very annoying was the decal for the cockpit I had to cut out every hole for the instruments.
If you want to go with decals you would be well advised to take Uschis or the standard HGW decals (the HGW decals are a bit brittle but have a better print resulution compared to the Uschi decals) instead of the Fee decals.

I like the HGW wood grain, but my method to "copy" panel after panel using masking tape and a sharp pencil does not work with them. However you reduce the sticking of the tape, it sticks too well on these HGW decals and lifts the decal from the backing paper. Therefore I prefer UvdR wood decals anyway. I would have tried these special HGW decals if they were precut and would perfectly fit - but now...

Wonderful nacelle, Manni, really nice! Can you tell me how much of the main fuel tank under the engine is visible once the engine is installed? I intend to convert mine into a Fe2d with a WNW Rolls Royce and that one seems to have had a rectagular main fuel tank instead of the round one. So it would be cool to know if the difference would be too visible...

Thank you for your encouraging words! This build is very extensive and it pushs me to my modeling limits.
I have started now with the engine with it's PE parts and wireing.

@ coyotemagic: please take a look to the set first. i think most things are not necessary because the kit parts are very good (maybe better).
-The interieur set is in my opinion completely needless, exept the great seat.
-The decal set is not precut, so you can better do it in the old but good oil-technique or cut out your own decals.
-The seatbelts are simply stunning and I can highly reccomend them.
-The engine fret looks better, but all theese things around the engine could be done by yourself (with skills like yours).
- If you decide to build the Fee with bombs, I can reccomend that set.
-The exterieur set seems to be ...let me say needless too, because the parts that you sand off are great right from the kit.

The fueltank is nearly 99% covered with the engine. I tried to see it and was not able to do so. Maybe with a torch and some artistic movements.

Manni, thank you very much for these very valuable hints! "valuable" in its true sense and economocally understood as I''ll spend my money probabely on the single seat belts set, but not on the whole detail set.
Good to know about the fuel tank! Then I'll drive back my research in this very point...

Thanks for the insight, Manni! You've just saved me a ton of money. I'll just buy the seat belts and sand down the seat.

it was a pleasure for me to save your money. Finally I throw about 50€ out the window for things I don't need. So if you save the money, you can spend it on an other kit, build it and show it on the forum so it's a win-win situation.

So, gentelmen, I have finished the engine.
Thank you for all the kind comments. THANK YOU!!!
The engine is made of about 40 plastic and 50 PE parts. The fit was excellent but alot of masking was required to paint it properly.
The complete engine was brushed with Alclad and weathered with a brown wash to tone down the blingbling of the metall. After that some engine grime and fresh oil was applied.

I always find it a pity to seal the engine inside the fusolage... and in your case it is all the more so!
