Keep going Rick - you are getting there! I used elestic thread for the control lines on my large scale pushers as it caused fewer tension induced problems.

Thanks Stephen. You are one of the Many Reasons I have not shelved the kit for later    I am still happy that I used Fishing line as it has lent strength to the somewhat flimsy booms. Like I said removing just one wire in the front boom bay on each side relieved the overtightened structure and it all straightened out.

The DH2 is looking really great, Rick! In spite of the mishaps it is very neat and clean, the rigging certainly looks the part! Well done! Regards, Marc

Haven't checked in on this one for a while, Rick, and it's looking superb. I acknowledge the problems with the rigging on the way but you have pretty well reached the finish line and triumphed magnificently!

Thanks Sandy! I made a lot of progress today as replacing the wires in the inner wing bay didn't prove to be as difficult as I expected. More Photos in a day or two!

This should be the Last Post before the Completed section of the Forum. I have used oils to highlight some areas and add weathering. Just a few lines from the aileron controls to add before finishing.

About an hour ago I dropped the DH2' while carrying it from one room to the other Although the tail section separated the structural rigging held! Repairs are done to the structure and I will only need to replace about three wires
