Hallo everybody,
not a lot to show, but really a lot of work was done lately on the cockpit cage.
I had to carefully study the way to proceed to make all the details fit (it was difficult to me, so I share the step-by-step process I followed below, hoping it will be useful to those attempting the same kit in the future) and in the end this is the result:

First thing I cut from the two pieces holding the longitudinal bar on which the two control sticks are and put the bar in place with the sleeves, drilled to host the two sticks.
Second I made from plasticard the "floor" of the observer / gunner / 2nd pilot. The photo from the Harry Woodman article posted by Jamo

and the PE piece supplied by the kit

were not consistent, so I decided to make the floor myself and used the PE piece as back of the observer seat.
The cushion on which the observer placed his bottom is supplied as a resin piece by the kit.
Third: I placed the two footresting planks in front of the pilot
Fourth: I made the pedals from scratch (not liking the shape of the PE parts) and glued them in place
Fifth: I joined the two couples of pedals with cables (I tried to use EZ line but the tension needed to keep it straight was too much for the tiny point of glue holding the pedal bars in place)
Sixth: I made the foot holders with old PE remains
Now I have glued the pilot's seat and am working on the control columns.
I think it's enough for today!
Thanks for watching!
