Thank You all for your kind comments. They keep me going on with that project. The rigging of the Fee brings me to the max of my skill and beyond.

Dave, the Lewis MGs are OOB with HGW details and 0.3mm brass tube as muzzle.

Here the pics:

The MGs were sprayed with AlcladII Black Primer, since this covers very nicely and thin.
The rifles were rubbed with Gunmetal powder.
The handles were painted with Revell leather brown and aged with Burned Sienna oil paint.

The top wing has now taken its final spot and all wires were attached. These must now only be connected to the turnbuckles.

the camera was attached to the starboard side....

....and the Klaxon to the portside. The klaxon still needs some wiring.

The wheels got their final look with some decktan, oversprayer with hairspray. After applying PC10 and a light chipping, I applied some pigments and burned sienna oils.

The rear is ready rigged and is waiting to join the other half of the plane.

Hope you like it, but I have still alot to do till it is ready for inspection.
Cheers,
Manni

Wow, Manni, what a great progress again, very very nice. The Fe 2b is actually one of my most favored planes and you definitely do her justice. I especially love how you did the wheels, they look awesome! The chipping effects are extremely realistic. What are you using? Do you use a special Chipping fluid or classic hairspray?
I can't wait to see your in-flight dio finished!

Thank you Rick, Andresa and Juan. Your comments are very appeciated.
Borsos: Above I mentioned, that I took hairspray for the chipping, but that is wrong. I remember now, that I took a small sponge and dipped it in Humbrol liquid masking fluid and speckled it on the tyres. After applying the PC10 I just rubbed it off.

What a terrific work. The ageing and weathering is absolute convincing.
