Picked up a few kits at the RAF Waddington Airshow today - Eduard's 1:48 Albie D.II and Camel, both profi packs with loads of pe - and the A-Z 1:72 Pfalz E.I.  Came to around UK£35 in total.

2 1/72 Eduard kits

Weekend Edition Nieuport Ni23 and Royal Flying Corps 1917 figures

I cannot believe the pacaging for this lot, you could scale them up to 1/24th and still fit them in the same boxes

WnW FE.2b' Early' for me. Just as several of the fellows alluded to, it's an imposing box full of plastic. I think this will be a winter project for me.

Cheers,

Chris

Just got a Planet Models Rumpler C.I in 1/48, I'm a sucker for the early German two-seaters.

My latest is the AModel 1/32 Nieuport 16c, which arrived a couple of weeks ago, while I was in Brisbane.  Hannants has them on special and it only took a week to get here.  It's my first AModel kit- there's some flash and sink marks to sort and a couple of broken parts.  The detail is a mix of delicate and crude.  I'll be looking for a review to follow when I start this.

Cheers.

Dal.

Uncle Tony,
Hopefully this was an on-line bargain. If not Roden's got some serious problems in their Quality Control Section!
Cheers,
Lance

Or a "nip and a tuck' and, as Captain Marvel once said, `Shazam, an Albapfalz`!
  It must be getting late!
Cheers, (and hope you get your $ returned Uncle Tony)
