Slowly getting my gear together.
Spray booth soon to be installed, but in the meantime I need more tools!

The H&S Colani airbrush will be used for base coats.
The H&S Infinity 2 in 1 will be used for everything else.

Happy days!

I just got these two splendid volumes:

Packed of Schneider racers and Reno Racers, dream drawings... a fantastic source of ideas and inspiration!
I did not even know there were so many different float / boat planes, and a lot of them were Italian!

The Schneider Trophy Races produced a lot of absolutely magnificent aircraft, I'd be "all over" some high quality 1:32 Kits of the more famous ones  were some company to release them! You just can't get much prettier then the Supermarine, Curtiss, and Macchi entries of the latter races. Great looking books Andonio!

Just received Rexx exhausts for my Rumpler C.IV and LVG C.VI. Very impressive!
Also now have the Cross and Cockade Sopwith Dolphin book. I'm having a good day!

Daryl,
I recall seeing some reference here to the Cross and Cockade Dolphin book, is it a separate book on the aircraft or an issue of the journal with an article? Where might I find it available?
Cheers,
Lance

Well worth its price, covers everything Dolphin.

I can only confirm this!
For example regarding details: a lot of technical drawings of the different variants, fantastic detail photos, color photos from the rebuild of the Dolphin in Hendon. Detailed history of development, engines and armament. Lot of colorful paint schemes by Juanita Franzi, little pitty: only side views.
It goes far beyond the Windsock Datafile.

Cheers,
Frank

I too went to the Cross and Cockade site, and purchased "Nieuports in RNAS, RFC, and RAF service". Neat PDF book hrmmm I might have to get another Special Hobby Nieuport to add to my in progress Nieuport 11.....

PDF publications in my opinion should be more prevalent, its so useful being able to blow up the page to see details.
