Looking excellent. The colour adjustment sure sounds like a gamble but it paid off!! Watching for the next installment.

How's the oil dot filters coming along?  It should be a significant enhancement to already great looking subjects.

Brilliant about what you did with the mauve there Rick. As for oil dot filtering, I'd be interested to know the colors you're going to use for that. I plan on doing some oil dots on my current build, so it's a first for me.
I love all of your builds, you always build to a high standard, but that Pfalz . . . . oh my.

WD

Thanks Warren. I plan to start with My usual oils: White Yellow Ochre, Burnt umber, and black. Debating on adding a touch of red and blue on the Lilac areas?

Great set of fighters for your collection Rich, very nicely! done!

Thanks Grant!

Thanks Steve. I didn't feel like masking so broke out the Hairy Stick  ::) Worked pretty well, or at least I think so.

Weathering has been done on the Pfalz and Albatros. Just some touch up, a couple of wires, and final clear coats left to do on both:

They are both looking great Rick! I very much like the distinct colour schemes.

Two more great additions to your already great collection!

I wonder what your next "pair" will be...

French? German? British? Italian?

 ;)

I completely agree with Willem - two super models.

It seems likely to me that Rick will start with one model and then add the other two as he progresses.... any nationality optional!
