Those oil stains do look realistic, and the addition of the lozenge on the wings is transforming this model. I can see another suprb model in your cabinet shortly.

Thanks Stephen! I still have one major hurdle and a "hopefully" minor one. Mounting the upper wing and landing gear

So today I finished applying the Aviattic Lozenge to the upper surfaces. I also applied the kit LO decal to the right side of the fuselage. The Roden Decal worked perfectly in this case! Photos taken on the day of the publicity flight of Udet flying this bird show the LO only on the right side so that is what I am going with. Next up is rib and edging tapes !

Thanks Richie. The lozenge was fairly easy in this case. I used the Aviattic sheets designed for the 45 degree angle. I just cut out the pattern. The lower wings were covered span wise so just placed the wing parallel to the line of the fabric. The next step is far more tedious
