Thanks Stephen and Gary  :)

Stephen , not sure about it being a speed build , but it is out of the box .  ;)

Filling , sanding , more filling followed by ...you guessed it ! More sanding  :o Seams have a coat of primer on and everything is looking good so far ! Rest of the parts are cleaned up as well and ready to go for paint . But before I do that I need to remember to drill the rigging holes and mounting holes for the struts  ::)

Great job on filling what I remember to be pretty large gaps...especially the wing roots! Looking forward to the painting stage!

Ah, the stage at which I typically break half a dozen drill bits!

Thanks Rick and Dave ,

Rick , the gaps weren't bad on this one , worst being up around the engine bay but this was my own doing ....engine is sitting slanted  ::)

Well Dave I'm sure I will at least break one  :o maybe even two  ;)

Great interior work. I almost forgot how much puttying and sanding is nedeed by these kits and really admire your patience.

Hi Alexis, this is looking good. The Pfalz DIII is such an elegant looking aircraft, this is going to be a treat to watch come together.

Thanks Richie and Guy  :)

Yes she is a very elegant aircraft indeed . Such sexy lines to the overall shape .

Rigging holes are drill and the landing gear is assembled , set aside to dry overnight . Tomorrow I will add bungee cords . This is a very weak part in the kit and the added strength will benefit . Then it's off to primer and paint ! But I still need to pick a scheme still  :o :o ::)

Great progress Alexis. I really should make more time to read the forums because I can't keep  up with your build speed.  :)

Great work so far Alexis, did you take any decision about which dress she'll wear?
