I did a little filling and sanding today and yesterday. Not anything worth taking photos  8) Thanks for looking in!

Photos or not, the stitching adds a really nice touch of fine detail.

Thanks Stephen. I actually prefer the PE to the way Meng/wnw does their stitching. I didn't get a very good fit on mine  :-[

Reference My previous post I had screwed up so bad that I sanded all of the stitching detail off and am using stitching from Archer.

I couldn't see anything wrong with the other stitching but; this looks quite good.  I will have to try those Archer Decals.  I like what I have seen with Nails and now the stitching.  Very nice Rick.

Thanks Mark. You are probably thinking of the PE on the Roden Kit. That is still in place. It was the Stitching on the Meng kit that I replaced  ;D I am glad I remembered I had the Archers Fine Transfers sheet stored in a Roden SPAD kit!

You made an impressive progress since my last visit.
I always find triplanes a bit more time-consuming, because there is more to mask and paint.

Cheers,
Frank

So todays session, spray the CDL base for the streaking. I used Tamiya paint and am pleased overall with the result. The photos revealed a seam on the Roden upper fuselage that I will need to deal with.
