I'm interested to see how you handle this.

The '1' looks easy. The red line around the edge looks very tricky

Thanks Richie. I saw the message and will get back to you! Once the rest of the decalling is done I am going to paint the Guynemer SPAD so no rush on My end  ;D

On the plus side the Luke aircraft is progressing nicely.

I may CA my Revell Spad's box top on permanently.

Looks just great Rick.

Thanks SP! Don't even think about making yours a SOD kit! I loved what you were doing to that Old Kit!

Amazing speed and results! I really like the colours and you seem to be getting the decals on nicely!

Bummer on that #1 decal! I would be willing to cut a mask for that on my Silhouette cutter and send over if you like?

Thanks for the offer! I Love this Forum. You are the second one to offer! I will keep you posted. I am going to play with getting the proper size made up on a copying machine later today as both the upper and under surface need to be painted using a mask.

PS: Here is one of the Rickenbacker SPAD:

Shame about that numeral Rick. Limey Pilot (Ian B) also had to make white numerals outlined in red for his current build - the problem seems to be contagious!

The other transfer markings look super though.

RAGIII,
The 5 colors really pop when you add the cockades and tail stripes.

Looks good Rick!
There are only two states to be in:  Queensland and blotto.
