Despite my busy worbench I did not resist and started my one (build log coming asap). I believe quality is comparable to WNW kits and the datailing level is really one of the highest I ever seen in a model aeroplane. Many thanks to CSM, very well done!

Recieved my Nieuport XVII late last week. It's going to be an LVA version. I may try to change it to a Nieuport XXIII. It seems that the main difference is the engine, but I will try to understand the differences first.

CSM has done a good job. Now I'm just hoping for the release of a Caudron GIV in 1/32 scale. There have been a few of those flying with the LVA as well.

regards,
Ivo

Got both on friday. After a short review I was very happy with the instructions and the highly detailed parts. Great job, Edgar!!!!
So now please do A Fokker DrI. This would be a licence to print money.

got both of mine today.

exquisitely molded, superbly engineered. even the box is well thought out (i have several WNW kits that show signs of having been sat on by the postman).

every bit as good as a WNW kit. my expectations were high and these kits exceeded my expectations. hope you make a lot of 'em, and print up some French aces markings like you mentioned. i'm also looking forward to the British boxing, and i'll be getting at least two of that.

can't wait to see what you guys are up to next in 1/32. i may be alone in this, but i'm hoping it's *not* a DR.1. i'd prefer something that hasn't been kitted in this scale before, or a SPAD XIII (the Hobbycraft kit is hard to find, i know of one online retailer only who has it in stock).

I am still waiting for my pre ordered kit. On the plus side what I have seen in the way of in the box reviews, and one FB build review I am sure when my kit arrives I will be more than pleased!

Is anybody going to review this kit?

It looks beautifully done from what I've seen of it, but I've not seen much!

Dekenba

A full review of the Early and Late Nieuport kits is scheduled for the Forum, just as soon as we receive the kits from CSM.
