Simply AMAZING as always Ondra! The scribing on the fuselage and the ailerons looks AWESOME to me!

Your method for construction of the undercarriage is excellent - I will kep that in mind because I can see a use for it in the Correct Scale too. The standard of your work is outstanding - the details are as good as any that I have seen on larger scale models.

Many thanks for your nice comments, Rick, Andreas and Stephen, they are highly appreciated!

I was struggling with some issues with the masks for the wing ribs, eventually fellow modellers gave me a helping hand and helped me resolve the issue.

So here we go with masking for the wing ribs:

I also made a dry fit test using white glue to see how the fuselage, engine and cowling fit together. Some corrections will be necessary, but so far it looks decent.

Cheers

Many thanks for your kind words, Rick and Ken, they are highly appreciated!

I got sort of stuck on this build, as I was not able to handle the masks for the wing ribs. Eventually I had to rework them completely, so now I can move on.

Today I worked on the panel lines (will need corrections) and on the hatches. I made them from aluminium sheet and afterwards I will sand them down to protrude less from the surface.

Many thanks to all of you for your kind comments, they are highly appreciated!

I decided to take a rather long break from the workbench as I sort of lost my modelling mojo and did not want this fact to have negative impact of the result.

Fortunately during the vacation period I found some time again to spend at my workbench, so here a few photos.

I was not happy about the scribing on the fuselage, so I spent several more attempts to make it look more to my liking.

The current status is not perfect, but acceptable.

Next up will be wing ribs and then I can start painting.

Cheers

Ondra
