Stephen and Borsos,
Many Thanks for checking her out and for your comments. A change in plans has delayed my photo session but I'll try to get the Completed Models post done later today.
Cheers,
Lance

Beautiful, Lance! No one who has ever seen photos of MacLaren's Camel would ever accuse you of overdoing it. Your rendition is perfect! Congratulations, buddy!
Cheers,
Bud

Bud, Steve,
Thanks Guys! Speaking of photos of his Camel I've picked up on an "inconsistency" in the various references. Several show him supposedly in F-2137 (Code "U") with the cabane struts wrapped in probably, doped linen, several others have the cabanes "clean". Also some have the Rotheringham Fuel Pump prominent on the starboard rear cabane strut, others with no pump visible so I assume it was on the starboard forward landing gear strut. There is also a comment in one of the Osprey books that a code of "G" vs. "U" can be picked out of the original photo. Possibly an earlier flown Camel with similar markings to his final mount?
Like the true version of PC.10, yet another mystery!
Cheers,
Lance

That's a stunner! Your macro setting on your camera may humble you but your work sure humbles me!

Wow, Lance. A real stunner, the worn effect looks great. A beautiful plane.
