What a lovely progress on the Pfalz! I deeply regret not having been able to follow this thread as close as I wanted the last time and now I am blown away by all the beauty parts. I especially like the shading around the wingribs on this great Tarnstoff wings!

Thanks for the nice words, Gents. I forgot to mention the crosses will need a bit of post shading prior to the final top coat, they look far too "pristine" as they are!

    The cleaning up of the seam where the fuselage halves join pretty well removes the strip that covered the joint; I elected to use these vinyl strips purchased from Bob's Buckles for doing wing ribs some time ago to replace the strip. I'll add a photo here once they are done.



    These strips are .75mm and 1.0mm in width, I plan to use the .75mm ones.
    LOL, of all the things we could accuse von Buckle of supplying "nasty girls" might hurt his feelings a bit! :o I needed a good laugh this morning with my coffee!
