Red Baron/Justin

same for me - one took two weeks or so. Another WNW package (fortunately only spare sprues) NEVER arrived but Dave replaced it. I was far too hopeful that I would get my Alb BII last week - and I'm only 50 km away!

Cheers,

GrahamB

Pity they don't offer a pick up service Graham, just a quick drive down the road, knock on their door and your kit handed to you, how good would that be  :) ;)

YAY! ;D ;D ;D

It's here. What a beauty. My favourite WNW kit so far by the look of it. Well done KiwiPost (whoever)- only a week this time.

Des - yes a pick-up service would be great, except I would probably be blindfolded or led through some dark underground passage to an anonymous bare room. Or I would arrive at the massive security gates under the scrutiny of the watchtower guards and be passed the kit on the end of a long pole.

I'm going to love this one.

Cheers,

GrahamB

Congrats on the prompt shipping and delivery! As an aside, My DVII arrived from Fl. Today. Only took 7 days on a 3 day priority mail  :o
Funny thing is WNW kits usually get here in about the same amount of time when ordered directly  ;D ( Once shipped and providing they don't get lost like my last order)

Yes, this is fine they begin to arrive. And in the meantime, all of us who await the delivery can see some photos of the completed Albatros B.II by Zdenko Bugan in WNW site. The kit is now available for pre-order and finally its page is accessible in the ordinary way.

Mine arrived this afternoon, ten days from "add to cart" to delivery at the front door. Lovely looking kit.
Cheers,
Gary

Mine arrived today, as well, and I totally agree with Graham!  This just might be their best yet.  Can't wait to get started on it.
Cheers,
Bud

Mine arrived today also. Looks like a great kit. Has a problem though, it is missing sprue F, the one with the fuselage sides and has two sprue H's. Anyone else have this happen or is it just me?
E-mailed Dave at WNW waiting for a reply. This has to be a first for WNW.

I just checked my kit. It's all there. I'm sure WNW will send you a new sprue immediately, and you'll have an extra tail to experiment with.

Not the first time it has happened with a Wingnuts kit but they are very quick to correct any discrepancies, they have great customer service.

I'll check my kit - knowing our run of luck I may have two F sprues! LOL :P

I just had a look at the finished model on the WnW website. It is a beauty. Carefully wheathered, perhaps a bit too careful around the tail.
I'm not sure, but I don't think that the spoked wheels are the ones from the kit. They look excellent, but for me it is difficult to imagine these are made either from the sprues or the pe set. Perhaps I should try to make my own spoked wheels ;)

regards,
Ivo
