Finally an update lots of pics so enjoy!
Starting with the seat made a mold of basswood and vac formed the backrest from 0.5 styrene sheet.

Next up made the radiator from styrene since i need 6 of them i decided to make them out of resin, i have done casting before with poor results.
This result was poor because i didn't had a vacuum chamber to degas the silicone and resin.
So i made a vacuum chamber and bought a vacuum pump along with all the bits and peaces.
here is the master part.

Gonna poor 6 of them out of resin. Same thing with the engine witch i hope ill start next month.
Here are all the parts so far that need to be fitted in/on the fuselage.

Next the Front landing gear.
Used 2mm brass rod for this.

At this point i leave the Rodd intact for easy handling, used the gasstoof to heat up the brass until it was red hot and let it naturally cool off, this way the brass becomes easy to bend.
Next using round plyer shaped the Rodd in the global shape of the part and then start hammering with a flat hammer and pound it Flatt.

After beating the life out of the brass this is what i ended up with.

Used a waterproof pen to outline the part and started to sand file sand and file until the shape was the same on the drawings.

I used the same method for the main landing gear.

Then using masking tape of 2mm wrapped the landing gear.
eventually it looks like this.

The reason why i use brass is that i can make real small parts and solder it which in turn makes a strong structure.
The fuselage was a hard thing to build but i'm happy with the result.
