Thank you for your encouragement, guys!  After finishing the Tripes, I was tempted to shelve this one and start another dual build, either the W.12, SE5a or Snipe, but decided to finish it as per my faux resolution.  D.VIIs are quick builds, so why not.  This is what I've got so far.  Still a few more bits to add to the cockpit, but just wanted to get some pics up. Fabric sides and rear bulkhead are Aviattic German dark cdl.  Added rudder pedal support and cable connecters, rudder pedal kick plates, and throttle control are from the BEAM sheet, turnbuckles are Gaspatch, and rear bulkhead stitching is Eduard and PART.



Oh, yeah.  Also added triggers from BEAM.

Martin, Des, Terri and Rick, thanks for checking in and offering such kind comments.  Made a tiny bit more progress and closed up the fuselage.



Seat belts, throttle control and ignition lever are all from the BEAM set.  Most detailed I've seen.  Anyone planning on building a 1/48 scale D.VII should really consider these.  They're brilliant.

I love it. Those interior parts add a lot of Detail (and life) to the Fokker. How do you plan do do the streaking? Using oils (the classical method), or decals?

looks great bud,nice d.vii and i must agree that the beam set is got some welcome parts in it and is well worth the cheap price,although i can seem to get the louvers to look right.
