Thanks, gents. Well, I did what I could, the final result is acceptable.

Rowan, I am sorry to write so of your decals, no ill criticism meant, just a brief report from the build. I thank you very much for your kind offer, excellent customer service, as usual! But let us move this issue to emails.

Your Salmson is shaping up beautifully Przemo!  The colors are convincing and your weathering is excellent.  I really like the Polish markings on this one. :D

Cheers,

Bob

Przemol.

As others hav said your build is incredibly good. Don't beat yourself up about colours etc. Its too easy to get too anal about things. Weeks of sun, weeks of rain. The mix on the day.

If you had issue with decals it really doesnt show and just be thankful they werent Roden decals (my attempt at a joke) ;)

Rowans response is what first class service is about.  So Kudos to him. ;)

Prze, your build is a joy to behold, even in this stage.  You have
worked through the decal troubles like a champ and I can't get
over how gorgeous your paint work is.  Wow!

Cheers,
Ernie :)

For colour issues and decal problems this looks pretty good to my eyes, Prez. You've done a beautiful job to this point, keep at Her!
Cheers,
Lance

Hello Prez,

I have just gone through your build log. I knew I had to expect the best, but what I've seen here is really incredible! Your interior is so amazingly well done. The engine fabulous. I like the colours of the camo. Very well balanced. It is such a clean PrzemoL build as usual. You and Chris have made it so difficult for the modelers who are going to build this one in the future to come even nearby. Many congratulations. Keep on the extremely nice work.

Kind regards
Patrick

Your modelling skills are on such a high level that i fail to find something i wouldn't like, especially as you were able to succeed despite those decaling issues you reported.

Thank you, everybody. You are very kind  :)

The work on the model is going on. I have more or less reached the stage of the monoplane.

The steps taken included:
- wash and varnish
- radiator tank and Vickers
- lower wings assembly
- tail feathers assembly + rigging and control lines (tricky thing, as Chris mentioned in his build log)
- tail skid, undercarriage struts, their rigging, wheels, fuel pump
- lower aileron controls and aerial

Now for the wing struts and the upper wing.
