New 1:72 Scale Sopwith Pup from HR Models

Just saw this in the Prepare section of their web site. Finally a new Pup in this scale. Now I can really use up those Pheon decals!!

Ian if you find anything out please let us know. I keep telling myself to stay focused in thinning out my stash but these manufacturers just keep putting out good stuff! I've been hoping for a new Pup since I got Rowan's decal set.

That looks to be a very nice kit.  Like Rick, I don't build 1/72 scale, but this one is tempting me, as well.  Seems to contain every possible option in one kit.

Sopwith PUP will be ready during September, I hope...
But I am not sending one box of kit. Contact on my dealers are on my web pages www.hrmodel.cz . Also this kit will be distributed Hannants.

That is fantastic news. As was already put, there is now good hope for those great Rowan's decals without a need to struggle with the Airfix oldie. I have done it once, thought of two more tries but then gave it up. Now, this is a different story. I will buy one at least, there is that fine blue Pritt's Puppie tempting me since Rowan issued his decals.

Interesting to see that the centre section of the top wing is in clear plastic. I wonder what's the idea there?
Also the two sets of fuselage parts - does this mean a Ship's Pup variant can be built?

It seems that the first boxing (RNAS Aces) is ready for distribution.

I'm very excited about the Pup. Hope it's out soon! Between this and the Nieuport 10 kits, HR seem to be THE manufacturer for new WWI 1/72 right now.
