Just a very small update with a few photos; the decals are completed and over coated, next step will be some post shading and adding a little oil and grime.
The wings ready for post shading:

   Fuselage:

....... and the guns completed. The Kit PE Jackets were used and the barrels drilled out.

Last the inside wheel surface (posed for photo mounted inside out). Love that machro, a little sloppy on the paint! Although the Pheon Profile doesn't show Lozenge covers the photo appears to do so, albeit well covered in "grunge".

Decals from Pheon's Canadian Trophy Fokkers/Snipe Sheet, and, as always, a great product! Lozenge from Aviattic, a real winning choice as well. All sealed with Model Master Acryl Semi-Gloss.

Not much progress but at least it's still moving forward; I spent the morning with my chain saw cutting away winter deadfall on the track to my back  ::)fields, now I need a good break and what better then a bunch of shading and weathering?! Too much work and not enough play for this old Guy of late!

Cheers,
Lance

What a great update Lance, the lozenge and fuselage decals look excellent, the machine guns turned out really well, looking better and better each day.

Lance, Your lozenge application is OUTSTANDING! Very Neat and Clean! You must have been very careful in measuring and trimming!
As for the Markings they are equally WELL DONE!

That lozenge looks superb Lance, really smart!

Great progress, Lance -

I must say, the fabric look of these lozenge decals is very good indeed.

Trying to play catch-up.  Lance, the Fokker is taking shape beautifully!  Your lozenge
work is stunning.  Your repair job on the wing was amazingly well-done. The wolve's
loss is our gain. ;) ;D  I look forward to more updates on your terrific work, my friend.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

And again, thank you all for your comments and encouragement. No news to anyone here however I'm working with a winning formula on this Build; a WNW Kit (they don't come any better then that) Pheon Decals (as with the prior), and Aviattic Lozenge (wonderful product). 8) I started the post shading today, photos when I get that and some weathering completed.
Cheers,
Lance

Nice work Lance. It's true you're working with top quality stuff but from what I've seen on other build logs the D. VII can be quite unforgiving. The same can probably be said of any decals, especially if you're covering a whole model in them and yours is looking really good.
