Hi Guys,

Expecting final stage proofs today so we hope to have the book here within a few weeks. If you are heading for Telford next month the plan is for Aviattic to have  some copies  available on their stand. :D We have other commitments that prevent our attendance this year.

Cheers,

Ray R.

Hi Richard,

Jerry Boucher, who has done many covers for us, and others, did the photo-shopping and integrated my
photos of the completed models into his main background image.Other than the airscrews and smoke effects , the photos have not been tweaked further. The Spad is a Dragon kit I built in the 1990s suitably dusted off for the occasion...

Hi Guys,

According to our printers the Fokker Special will be delivered here the second week in November. I will post firm details in the Albatros shop when it becomes officially available. Thanks for your patience.

Cheers,

Indeed, great cover, Ray.
Well, my resolution, that I dislike D.VII for its lack of rigging, ugly thick profile wings, general unwholesome look, gets weaker and weaker when I see such amazing models, a book, etc... I am not sure if I should say: thank you for sharing. You see, I was living in such a lovely D.VII-free world of mine... And now I am not sure...  ;)

That's fantastic news Ray, it will be great to see the book available before Christmas, and the cover looks brilliant.
