First thank you for your encouragement! Second, I have built @ 4 Roden 1/32nd kits so I am aware of small fit issues. Fortunately this kit is as Bud said, perhaps Rodens Best! Don't get me wrong, there are issues, but not nearly as difficult to correct as say the interior of the DH2 with Mold release pins in the most in opportune places

The following photos are ORIGINAL COLOR PHOTOS taken by Ray Rimell. They were published in B&W in the Data file. Ray has VERY KINDLY given me permission( he supplied the original color shots), to publish these in my build blog! I would ask that NO ONE break Rays Copy Right by Re- Posting in any other threads or on any other sites! The shape and attachment of the seat is quite evident. These are photos of the restoration of an original, not a replica! The seat photos agree with others relative to shape in the data file of the Swiss interred/captured 28.

Thanks for the Comment ! I appreciate your support. I have added the fuel line to the glass tube fuel indicator, added the instrument and several other items. I hope to take pictures later. The interior is done until the seat arrives from Kiwi Resin/Ron.

On your photo's - they dont seem to be focused on the subject itself?

That's looking good, Rick. Are you going to close up the fuselage and then insert the cockpit or, as I wish I'd done, close the fuselage with the cockpit in place?

I found that once the tanks, etc, were added that it took a lot of gentle nudging, prodding and swearing to get the cockpit to slide all the way home. Nothing drastic, but I was worried I'd do some damage in the process.

Really beautiful job on the cockpit, Rick. Take as many pictures as you can at this stage, buddy, 'cause it's all about to disappear. You're making me want to build another. This really is a sweet kit.

Great job in that interior.
The wood effect in the structure and fuselage it's very nicely achieved.

About the pictures, they are in fact a little blured. IMO two things can make that: too much zoom, zooming to close of subject and/or not enough light.

Anyway keep those pics coming!

Really good looking cockpit, Rick. Thanks for posting the
prototype photos. Helpful stuff! It's such a shame most
of your good work will be out of sight when the fuselage
is buttoned up.

Andrew, Thanks and as for the pictures,yes they are a bit blurry. Taken in Low light rather quickly

Thanks Dal, and Yes the interior will be in place when I close the fuselage. Test fitting has convinced me that is the way to go
