Just arrived! A new home for my Taurus Gnome that didn't fit into my Pup (unless I made some major changes and used a different style AM cowl)
George
I've just try to fit this engine to cowl (it's shame, but for a first time... my pups arrived few years ago) - it's impossible... Gnome engine is in the full scale - 1:32. Now my engines (Oberursels U0 and UIII, Bentley) are in scale 1:32.5 to allow on fitting in cowl. I'll try to make a new crankcase for Gnome, but it takes time.
Really sorry and all the best, Lukasz
You have nothing to apologize for, Lukasz, you've made the nicest model engines I've ever seen!! The Gnome isn't really meant for the standard Pup. Even the real Pup used a modified cowl if they used a Gnome instead of the usual LeRhone. (I learned this thanks to Bo)

It is a good idea to shrink the engines to 1:32:5 to allow for cowl thickness. Thanks for doing that. I'll definitely be buying at least one or two each of the UO, UIII, and the Bentley)
Thanks again, Lukasz! You are a blessing to our modeling community!
