what other vac kits does falcon make. ive heard the 1/32 ev mentioned a few diff times. i am kinda liking the vacs lately, maybe i will become another gregory jouette someday.

The only other WWI subject appears to be a BE2c vacform in 1/48:

ah be2c, kinda pointless with the roden around. i imagine me building vacs for craft i cant find a proper kit for like the hb c1 and spad a2/a4 i have. i also want a koster hannover and a few other sierra vacs that there isnt any kit for. i act like i need some sort of plastic for every great war subject.haha

The Falcon BE2c was out years before the Roden one was released. Probably not much of a market for it now.

Well, the package from Wellington arrived today. ;D As I'm getting ready
for work, I don't have time to take and post pictures but, will do so in the
morning.

Well, as mentioned, here's what comes in the box. Pretty basic but what's there looks
to be good; especialy considering the age of the kit. A few A/M goodies and some basic
scratch building and we should be good to go.

RAGIII,
I guess I'll have to build it now. ;D. But, somethings got to give. I
have little time as it is right now and I would like to get on with the Bristol
Scout. Maybe the GB at the other site will have to go??

I've never built a vac kit so I'll be watching this with interest. For newbies like me, you can never post too many photographs of your progress.

Cheers,

Chris
You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

   Jim,
I hate to see the Bristol Scout over at GWAF go. I hope you can work in both projects together for both GB's my friend.

Chris,
I have followed your builds with interest. There is nothing in building a Vac that you, or,
for that matter, anyone here, can't handle. So, buy one and follow along! Who knows? A couple
of us building might encourage Falcon to think about doing some more 1/32 kits? That would sure
make Wellington the 1/32 WW1 aircraft capital of the World!  ;D

Jim

PS: I'll try and find a way to post here any drawings I make for this build.

Gregory,
I think I'm going to transfer the Scout to this Forum. I really like the
focus on modeling here. I have found myself coming to this Forum and feeling
more comfortable than to GWAF. What will have to give is the Roden GB at
GWAF. I just don't have the time right now for more than 2 projects.

...and more importantly you start building the vac and a good injection kit will come out.........(got one of these so Im only shooting myself in the foot) but for cutting your teeth on vac forms the DVIII is a good one.

Steve,
Don't I know it! Over at the 'Drome there is a thread I started on converting the
Hobbycraft N 17 back to a N11. I had the Fuselage parts Laser cut and had the wings
back-dated when Special Hobby announced their N11. OK then, I'll do a Sopwith Pup.
Got started on that and along comes WnW with their's. So, hang in there Guys and Gals,
there's a Bristol Scout and a Fokker E5/ D-VIII in the works out there!  ;D ::) ;D

Gregory,
It's fighting me every step of the way. I suppose that if I built
it as it came from the sheet and not tried to "upgrade" it; things would
be going a lot smoother!  :-[ :P :o :o :o
