That's very interesting, Prze. I'm sure you'll turn this model into one of your excellent builds.

After reading what you've written here, I checked my two Halberstadt kits...and yes - I can see softer detail on the parts. Not quite the same sharpness as earlier kits.

Happy to watch your progress here, and you've made a great start.

Agreed. I've built some wingnuts and Gotha G.I doesn't meet standards of the others.

I have built one Halberstadt and I didn’t have any difficulties besides of those caused by my own. So I would not agree that the Halberstadt kit declines in quality compared to e. g. the DFW, the Fe2b, the Sopwith Pup or the Albatros B. II (to name those I also have built yet).
