Warren , of the Pfalz yes ... PE oh god no it is a curse for sure and there is a few errors on my folding and bending , but yet I seem to have a ton of it for other kits in the stash .

It has been awhile since I have posted progress on the build . Work has been moving right along finishing off the engine details . Installing the guns , touch ups with paint . got her primed and painted and decals on which are sealed in with future .
Had few  set backs with paint lifting twice ! The silver grey and part of the purple stripe . Silver grey is a mix of Tamiya lacquers . INJ Grey , white and silver . for the lilac tamiya purple lighten with white .
The decals are Rodens and no real issues with them other then decal setting solutions didn't have much of an effect so I used Tamiya extra thin glue to get them to snuggle down . Key is go very lightly no need to flood the area will just make a nice mess to clean up .

Bit of a nightmare if paint lifts, but I hope you can repair it.

Great progress. Including repairs of paint damage. It will be a jewel, no doubt about it.

Yes it is moving right along so far but still a fare amount to do . I'm not sure I will highlight the ribs on the wings or just leave them as they are with a bit of weathering .

Allan , I as well really like how the silver grey turned out . I was out of Tamiya silver in acrylic so I used what I had on hand and it did pay off in the end .

Work continued on the build , finish off the weathering and mae a start on the per-rigging . Turnbuckles are made form pulled cotton buds over a flame fashioned with wire hoops  . Struts fixed in place and the top wing is mounted .
