It may be a bit more work, but once you have finished a subassembly it looked like you have build a WNW :o
That is damn impressive!
Wonderful work.

Cheers,
Frank

Thank you Bob and Frank. But Wingnut? It is too big a compliment, I am afraid.

Well, before going to bed I mounted the engine, the linkages and a fuel line are connected, too.
And I have just realized that the cockpit floor has to be lengthened to the rear because the crude interior joint of fuselage halves will be visible through the huge cockpit opening and it has to be covered somehow. Scrathing this extension will be the last thing to do before closing the fuselage.

She's looking beautiful Prze! I know nothing of the type so this is as much an education on the type as it is for LukGraph kits!

Thanks, Zac.

The rear floor imitation was prepared, the fuselage is  closed, the seams are filled with CA liquid glue which is curing now.

Now my attention is drawn to the wings. Work on the lower ones is underway. Sanding paper of various grades is used to remove the traces of moulding block along the leading edges and on both surfaces where the layers of 3D printing of parent elements are very much evident - here the surface on the right-hand side is already cleaned.

And the full view where the wing below has still the untreated leading edge.

The resin quality is acceptable, I have already commented it is not too hard. And there are very few air bubbles, actually I have done only 5 plastic inserts on those edges where the wings were attached to the blocks - I will show them in the next photo session.

I have a first- or second-generation 3D-printed kit (WW2 subject in 1/48) which is long-stalled due to having to sand the rather large print layers. Mine are much more drastic than seen here so that gives me hope that it'd be much less prep work to tackle a LukGraph than I anticipated - thanks for sharing your progress, Prze!

The interior look Gorgeous in the closed up fuselage. Thanks for showing the detail shots of the clean up needed to remove the printing  layers.

Thank you, Zac and Rick.

The cleaning is progressing.
The lower wings ready for primer, with white inserts at the drilled out air bubbles.

The upper wings still need the leading edges polished after embedding the inserts.

The tail is polished, no air bubbles located.

Ailerons and horizontal stabilisers with elevators are waiting for their turn.

And one wheel ready compared with the other one still in the crude state.

Waterproof sand paper of 360, 600 and 1200 grades is used extensively  ;)

Thank you, Alexis. Though later I found more bubbles that required treatment...  ;)

The tedious work on bringing the elements to appropriate surface quality is apparently done. The primer does not reveal any other issues. Now it should be easier and more pleasant...  ;)

So I started with wire inserts to simplify assembly, here is the tail and the wires connecting the upper wing panels.

And the look at the other elements, some were resin, others - 3D printed.

Tail feathers attached, seams filled with CA glue, curing.

Ailerons armed with wire inserts, fitting well to the upper wings.

Your build is looking great all cleaned up, primed, and with assembly started. I am really looking forward to the painting and decaling phase!

Thanks, Rick. The airbrushing is closer and closer.

I have prepared a cardboard jig and attached the lower wings with 3.5 deg dihedral and 2 deg sweepback at the trailing edge. The seams must be filled, some work is still required.

Significant progress on this Przemol.  Very nice work.  The surface preparation will pay off in the end.
