Not much longer now until this one is wrap up . This one is going fairly quick for you so this tells me you are really enjoying this one !  8)

She is looking awesome so far my friend  :) I will be doing another one but the bench needs to be cleared first .

Thanks Alexis! You are correct in that I am enjoying this build...so far. I still have the Interplane struts to fit without  accidentally breaking loose the cabanes  ::)

Today I managed to get the Interplane struts attached. Oddly no trimming was needed...as a matter of fact they were a bit short in a couple of different areas. Probably the way My cabane struts were seated and a small alignment error. The left strut will need some paper or thin sheet to make the rear bottom look right. Then touch up, 5 parts to add, tail rigging, and a very small amount of weathering. Overall I am pleased. Oh, the main rigging is also complete  8)

Glad to hear that the fitting of the intern struts didn't need trimming after all . She looks fantastic Rick and the rigging turned out Awesome !!!

Looking great, Rick -

Strangely enough I also had the same problem with the interplane struts so likely a flaw in the kit I think.

Dave

Thanks Alexis. I forgot that I do still need to paint the wires and add the Faux Turnbuckles  ;D

It is kind of funny in that some like I said earlier think the cabanes are the issue and others have had to trim the interplane struts. If I wasn't so stubborn a wing alignment jig would help, Maybe. Perhaps I need to start saving MY Money for one  ::)
