Earlier I mention a few more detail need to be added to the wings . Here is that detail . The struts mounting caps where missing in a few locates on the top wing . These was added with sliced rod stock to match .

Today was time to bring out that thing which blows paint on the surface add a bit of colour bringing this to life now .

Other sides of the struts need to be painted with Tamiya wooden deck tan , this also includes the struts on the tail booms (not pictured) but those are fully painted though . For the primer I used Tamiya light grey On the tail parts . Once this dries over night the rest will get sprayed tomorrow

Progress has been slow on the home front but I did get the rest of the parts primed and started the grain effect on the struts . For this I use pencil crayon . These will get sprayed Tamiya clear yellow with a touch of smoke added . Since I didn't want to spray that yet . I really wanted to paint the prop . I can't recall want I used at the time but so far this is the results . A bit more detail painting on the boss .
