Looking reaalllly good Rick  :)

Terri

Thanks Terri, another frustrating day today. More to come!

Those look fantastic!! Makes me want to dig mine out and build it.

Thanks again Carl. I tried yet again to add the double lines on one of the SPADS. Total frustration! So I have tried something I hope will help with My issues. I took some double rigging turnbuckles from a leftover Part set for the Nieuport 28. I attached them to the areas giving me issues. I am hoping that this will allow an easier fit and attachment of the Stretched Sprue  :-\

PS: If anyone has the PART PE set for the Nieuport 28 in 1/32nd and doesn't plan to use the turnbuckles Part # 117, I will pay a reasonable price for all you have!

Great perseverance Rick, you can do this. We get more dogged as we get older so I know you will win the day and have 3 completed  stunning Spads soon.

Double wires are a d...d nuisance Rick: when they built those machines they were certainly not thinking of modellers 100+ years later!! Like Richie I am sure that you will get the problem sorted out and have three tremendous Spads on the shelf before too long.

Stephen.

Rick
It boils down to, "Are you or are you not ornerier than a melted piece of styrene?" I have no doubt you are ornerier. :-)

Rick, that looks cool! Take your time ...
All 2 SPADs will need a lot of PE?

Cheers,
Frank

Rick, I still marvel at your colors and finish on these birds--it looks so appealing and spot on!  I really like what you have created.

The rigging will get done in due course, so no worries. ;D

Best regards,

Bob

The rigging on that one is super! Do you fancy rigging my DH 1A? Just a small challenge for a man with your talents!!!

If the other two are as good as this (as I am sure they will be), then you will have a magnificent trio.

Stephen.
