As others have commented, you are really performing some magic with this old kit. It never ceases to amaze me what modellers can do with the classic kits from very long ago.

What a clean build in this huge scale! A clever way to mount the outer struts at first.
Really pity, that the amount of kits in this scale is very limited.

Hello everyone and thanks for all the positive feedback.

I must apologize for the gap between posts. My mother passed away a few weeks ago, so I've not been able to
spend much time at the bench. I'm sad to lose her but am glad it was not due to COVID.

So, anyway, this build is nearly done. I'm left with the task of attaching all the easily knocked off parts.







It's on to the lifting handles, step and numerous control wires. My next post will be in the completed models section.
