That is a beautifully detailed interior - I just hope that it will be visible when the cockpit halves are joined as the details are so fine.

Stephen.

Hello everyone,

Stephen.

Stephen,  Thanks, it won't really matter as I'm investing the time to "up" my skills.

Your cockpit is Outstanding in all respects! Lovely work!

RAGIII, Thanks, and as always your praise is appreciated.

Don't go having a bird now and fly out the coupe . Excellent work in the pit Kevin  :)

Terri

Terri, Thanks and I would say the crazy part is, the money spent for the aftermarket stuff would have paid for a WNW Fokker.
I only paid $18 Canadian for the kit on a visit to Victoria, Canada a few years ago.

Lovely interior Kevin.

Thanks much, Richie.

I see my build has been linked over on Hyperscale. The "Shake and Bake" 109 crowd probably shake their heads in wonder and don't know what to think about us over here.

Wow, you take advantage of that big scale to show a huge amount of details! And I love those, you know 8)

Cheers,
Frank

Thanks Frank. This will be the largest scale I will have ever built. Like you, I mostly build 1/48th.

I've got the fuselage together and the first round of seam filling is well under way.

The bottom of the fuselage with the lacing looks good. The aircraft will have a black and white fuselage with 4 colour lozenge on the wings.
I've got a long way to go on this one and I haven't even started on the upper wing correction.

Now that fuselage looks like a D.VII. The uncorrected did not. Great piece of modeling. If it isn't right, make it right.  This is one you are going to be very proud of.

Enjoying following this build Kevin, I know it was done a while back but I'm still marvelling at how you added the stitching to the underside.
