Ken , it's even worse with the top wing in place ...it's like the monkey bars at the local playground .
Kevin , I'm using smoked invisible thread ( mono line ) I pick this up at one of the local fabric shops about 15 years ago it was around 6 bucks for it , but there is MORE than a lifetime supply ! You can get it clear as well . The clear can be pick up at the dollar store or buck or two . ( spool in the background of photo )
After spending a few hours the top wing is now mounted and the struts in place . I only had to shorten one strut from the twist in the wing . With all the wrapping of the parts I tried my best to get everything line up and straight in relation to that warpage . I total missed making the bracing struts for the tail planes so I will do this when I rig up the flight controls
This will set over night to dry up more ....the rigging begins .
