Many Thanks for the generous comments Gents, they mean a lot!
I got the fuselage closed up yesterday and it fit like a glove. Filling was limited to just a small amount of Tamiya Surface Primer (The grey one)

I also installed the second engine bearer ......

Now the wings and tail plane components are being cleaned up for a base coat of paint for the Lozenge decals.
Cheers,
Lance

What a great progress! The interior with nice leather, belts and other details looks great.

The next model with a closed fuselage, an I have not yet started my build ::)

Cheers,
Frank

This is truly wonderful Lance - modelling at its very best. I see that you are practising scratch building too - not long then before we see a complete scratch built model fly off your bench!

Did you use copper wire for the fueel pipes in the cockpit?

Stephen.

Looks great all buttoned up Lance! You have passed the time consuming part of the build...the rest should fly by  8)

Thanks Guy, Juan, and Frank for looking in and for commenting so kindly. Stephen, very kind of you, and far too generous! Yes, the plumbing is copper wire. I salvage any I can from broken small appliances and other discarded household items, have quite a pile of the stuff. I'm not sure that I'll be tackling a full Scratch Build soon, but some heavily modified Kits are much on my mind of late. Hacking up a Camel to make a "Comic" is tempting and I'd love to do a 1:32 Scale Albatros W.4.
So much to do, so little time as the old saying goes!
Cheers,
Lance

Thanks Rick, I stepped on your reply sending my last. Yes, it's going along quite nicely,  I got the white base coat on the wings today so it's lozenge and tapes next!
Cheers,
Lance

Hi Lance
That is looking really good and you seem to be flying through the build with all of your highly skilled ease. Looking forward to more updates.

Cheers

Thanks for the comments gentlemen. I've been busy with Lozenge, my favorite part of a million rib tapes, and have completed a few panels of wood effect on the fuselage. I'll try to post a few photos real soon.
Cheers,
Lance
