DecalsThank you my friends!
I must admit, that the prop is a bit on the red side. My cam has a problem with that color even with white balance, it not as red as it seems.
I used some pictures of Luckenwalde (Niendorf brothers) as template, mine is in the middle, but may be the color is now much more red compared to a century ago.

Again, more red as in real.
I will change it, because I noticed also on the picture of the original Fokker, that my air screw is not peakish enough.
Another thing that was new for me (and very time consuming!) are the panels of lozenge fabric (Aviattic) in a not pre-cut form. I started with the upper wing:

I used the OAW drawings in the Anthology 2 to arrange the colors, here the bottom view:

Top view, next time I could make the preshading stronger.

After a layer of future I added the rib tapes from the Eduard kit as recommended by Aviattic:

And again a detailed view (a clear coat is missing, the last tapes are not yet dry):

I added those tapes also on the front ...

... and wing tip.

The kit was from 2016, also the marking decals. But the lozenge decals and rip tapes are from 2010, and the Eduard decals of that time was not so nice compared to today ones. The tapes gets loose after less then 5 seconds in warm water

Have I mentioned, that this was in 1/48 very fiddly and a very time consuming task?

I'm not sure about the trailing edge, but I will not put there rip tapes. I would not know, how to put them there, and I have simply not enough. The remaining pieces are needed for the lower wings. On the WNW drawing there seems to be no tapes on the trailing edge.
And what about rib tapes on the ailerons? Its hard to be seen on WNW drawing, Eduard provided tapes.
It was a lot of work, but I like the result!
Cheers,
Frank
