Thanks Daryl...

Ryan, I use Alclad ‘Light Sheen’ as my go to finish, I also have their flat and gloss so it’s easy to mix if you want to adjust it either way.

Odds & bobs...

Just the final stages now and the bits and pieces to add. I’ve salvaged a wooden prop off of an old build, sanded off the varnish and went for a stained finish this time...

And the rather splendid Gaspatch Parabellum, you really have to see this in the flesh to appreciate the detail in the moulding...

And finally, an airspeed indicator... can anyone spot the error here? I bet you can’t...

Note to self - must wear my glasses when constructing these small contraptions...  ???

Next post will probably in the completed model section.

Do keep up everyone...

Excellent prop, MG and Airspeed indictor. For inverted flight?

Guy, as with the rest of the build the small details are expertly finished.

Beautiful! I have this kit in the "to do" pile. I will save your build as a reference

Beautiful and bookmarked, because this is very helpful for my upcoming CL.II (late) build.

The "stipple job" is awesome! Not sure I can make it look as good...or half as good.
I'll practise a bit, but with the Aviattic decals as a cowardly backup. ;D

Again....awesome result. Not only the stipple of course.

Thanks Robin,

Pleased that it helps in some way. The Stipple really isn’t as had as it looks!
