A small update. The rudder is attached, gun butt pads added, and all is ready for rigging the control surfaces, final weathering and clear coats. I will add the lift rings and steps last. I also took the time to use My Camera vs My Phone and think the photos are a bit better

She looks beautiful, Rick!  You've really nailed the look!  I have a Fokker but haven't built it yet.  How do you find the strut strength with the upper wing joined?  I've always been concerned that everything will be pretty weak without rigging to make it more sturdy.

Thanks Gaz! As for the strength of the wing structure I feel it is quite strong. As long as the cabane tripod and rear cabanes are seated correctly everything stays in place with no movement. Like most WNW kits the gear is a bit wobbly  ;D

PS: I still wouldn't recommend handling it by the upper wing, but then again I don't do that with any of My fully rigged biplanes  8)

Thanks Steve. Yes very close now to finishing this one. The Nieuport 24 is on hold until I finish the Albatros DV and Pfalz DIIIa. Probably @ 3 months  8)
