Just after my last cancer diagnosis I bought a D.1 expecting a good, relaxing Wingnut Wings build. But, with complications, ambulatory difficulties and other stuff, my modeling mojo disappeared for about three months. But, a couple of weeks ago I opened the box and got started. It was good and I had my issues too. I will dig out a photo and post it here. I documented some of the build here:

I brush painted the entire model.
