Title: Wingnut Wings Junkers D.1 Completed
Post by: eindecker on July 21, 2018, 02:39:04 PM
Just after my last cancer diagnosis I bought a D.1 expecting a good, relaxing Wingnut Wings build. But, with complications, ambulatory difficulties and other stuff, my modeling mojo disappeared for about three months. But, a couple of weeks ago I opened the box and got started. It was good and I had my issues too. I will dig out a photo and post it here. I documented some of the build here: http://modelsinscale.wordpress.com

I brush painted the entire model.

Wow, fantastic job!!  I'd have never guessed it was brush painted going by the wing scheme.

Based on the end product, I'd say you got your mojo back.  Congratulations and hoping you are better.
