Thank you Steve.
Changed my plan and set the upper wing before guns, it will need more attention but positioning will be easyer. An italian windscreen and half rigging done.

The resin turnbuckles look overscaled, will find something different for the next one...

Just caught up on this Giuseppe. Really great work and I love the colour scheme plus decals. I'll keep a watch out now for updates.

Cheers,
Alistair

Very nice work on this nice bird! Just few words about your rigging, because the tension created on our models is real, that' s much better to fix the rigging symetricaly. It seems to me that you stated by one side completely.

Thank you all for cheching in and for your comments.
Rigging is made with EZ line, so I dare doing one side at a time, if using higher tension stuff will be imperative to proceed symmetrically and Stephane's advice is absolutely correct.
I noticed that this elastic thread tends to curl when in contact with cianoacrilate, has anyone suggestions to avoid this?

Hallo Giuseppe,
I normally use EZ line, but the problem of getting curly when touching the CA glue is the same on all the elastic threads.
So normally I put a drop of glue on the eyelet after inserting the thread and then trim the "curly" thread remaining outside the eyelet.

I have now purchased Uschi's rigging thread and will experiment on the Breguet.

I also use to rig one complete wing at a time and never get that tension to unbalance the other side, as there are already struts that are glued to the wings to make the structure stiff enough.

What do you use as "resin turnbuckles"?

BTW I love the work you're doing on this plane!

Thank you, Richard and Antonio. I've been using resin "tensioner" made by quick boost, but the overall look is a bit overscaled. I think microtube sections will look finer.
