Thank you all for yor kind missages. They come at a time when my spirits are so low. There seems so much  morphine inside me that writing a simple enough message like this has taken nearly an hoour !

As a fellow back pain sufferer (but not as bad as yours), I wish you a speedy recovery. Think positive (when you can through the morphine haze), and remember the good times past and think even more of the good times still to come. Get well soon.

I hope your health is on the mend. There's little we can do apart from sympathise and send warmest get well wishes to you and if they are of any help consider warmest get well wishes arriving at your bedside whenever your spirits are low.
