There isn't much flex, but if you're careful and use needle nose pliers they can be bent a bit. Just don't bend them back and forth, they will break.

I use 1/48 Gaspatch turnbuckles on all my 1/32 Wingnuts kits. They look great and are better to scale than the 1/32 turnbuckles.

Really, I actually never owned the GasPatch buckles but I need to invest to see the difference, But I like your idea
I used Bob Buckles in the past very easy to use ,but mostly on 1/48

Quite a few of the forum members have said they use the 1:48 scale turnbuckles on their 1:32 scale builds, they say they look more in scale.

I don't use ant turnbuckles for 1/48 as no matter what is available they all look too large to me.
I just use a small drop of thicker enamel paint, white glue (which dries clear) or nothing at all except the eye bolt itself.

I do mainly 1/48 and to me the gaspatch 1/48 buckles are a tad to big to look right imho they should change the package to say 1/32 on the 1/48 and 1/16 on the 1/32. I just make my own eyelets which are similar to Bob's buckles and use .5mm dia brass tube cut to 1 mm long for 1/48

I did purchase a few GasPatch packages of the 1/48 turnbuckles and I do agree they are a tad large .
I have used Bob's tubing and eyelets and very satisfied with the results
Thanks for the input.
