Simply gorgeous! Much better looking than anything I have done in 1/32nd!

Excellent job, Jorg.  Great detail.  Looks like a 1/32 build.

Thank you for your kind comments, friends!

Meanwhile I worked on the cutaway, leadfoil from a bottleneck and holes punched by a rivetmaker

Prepainting:

some oilcolors still have to be added

Cheers

The fabric hanging is a Brilliant piece of Modeling!! I like it much better than just leaving off a whole section. Adds to the believability,IMHO!

Jorgo, I keep writing that it is a shame to hide away all the magnificent detail on the models on this site, (your engine BTW has blown my mind!!) so your idea to show the fabric on the fuselage side pulled away is super! That is so realistic with the holes and folds that for a moment I thought that it was real.

I do hope that others will follow your lead - I could not replicate what you have done so I am reduced to building strip down models!

Stephen.

Jorg, I have to say that up to this point this was very beautiful work, with the peeled back fabric you've taken it to a whole new level! Magnificent modelling, I'll be following closely, this is going to be an absolutely stunning completed model!
Cheers,
Lance

Really awesome work! Great idea with the foil, I'll keep that for some future build.

Jorg
A very cool idea, masterfully executed.

There is something fundamentally amiss with a society which forces it's modelers to work for a living.
