Quite a good concept having the cockpit revealed, looking really nice so far.

Great idea Jörg.

Might be copying that at a later date!

Dear friends,
after a long, long time (shame on me...) I´m back on the FK8, this kit is so good that it has to be completed!

Initially I continued to work on the inner life

Then I started with the engine, the resin premium set Beardmore is very crisp with many details

Test fitting, there is still a lot of piping to add

I hope you forgive this late continuation of the topic

Cheers,
Jörg

Thank you for your kind comments!

Now the wings are prepainted, for PC 10 I used the mixture suggested bei WNW (XF 62 + XF 10, 2:1)

Fuselage is almost closed and some PE parts fixed

The PE parts for the cowling are tricky to bend, a lighter proved to be very useful

You made great work on a very nice kit! I have the mid version in stash, so I will keep an eye on this build.
This a great gesture by CSM to add spare PE for complicated parts. The first one may fail, but with the next try you typically know the way to go.

Cheers,
Frank
