Thank you, Steve! I have to say I do not know the brand of the foil, I got several years ago from my modelling mentor. All in all I would say it is nothing special, most probably the same as you can get in any DIY store. Especially the adhesion is not very satisfactory and I will have to take a look for some alternatives.

As photobucket does not seem to be very cooperative today, I will have to post today's pictures via direct download and split this post in two.

I added a few details to the fuselage (seems to be all there now) and wanted to see, what the Aldis sight would look like. The front support will be glued in pre-drilled holes, therefore the current position is of course wrong. And I started to work on the wheels.

And last but not least, I wanted to try if I would be able to add the Vickers gun sight. After a tough fight, I succeeded, but I have to admit it WAS a challenge. :)

Cheers

Absolutely amazing what you are doing here. I am sure that, if you should ever add a pilot to your tiny models, you would match the perfect color for his blue eyes. And for his medals on his uniform. And the black under his fingernails... ;)

Thank you for your support, Antonio, Juan, Jeroen, Borsos and Des!

The fuselage is ready for paint, I guess.

Cheers

You are amazing Ondra! The detail you have packed into that tiny fuselage is amazing!

Many thanks for your support and encouraging comments, Von B, Rick and Bo!

Today I moved on a bit with the undercarriage. I sealed the woodgrain with varnish and brushpainted the black details. Not very satisfied with it, but working with brush is really difficult for me.

Cheers

Working with a brush on something that small may be difficult for you…. I cannot write for others but I can tell you it would be nearly impossible for me!

Ondra, your work is simply outstanding, and at this scale I would have a hard time too (and not better than what you have done, congrats).
