After two months I finally break some work with the model. Are a few pics of what I have done.

That engine looks incredible Simon, really well done.

I might not be the only one that would like to hear your thoughts on using that Heavy Chipping acrylic fluid. That's the first I've ever heard of it.

Simon,
Outstanding work on the engine, the shading/hiliting and the "grime" are really impressive. Looking forward to more as you progress.
Cheers,
Lance :)

I have been using this specific not for a long time but I have to say that it gives a nice effect very fast and easy. I apply it using airbrush or brush, depending on the size of the element.

Szymon,

great effect on the tank and the engine looks superb.

With that chipping fluid, how does it actually work/how do you use it? Do you apply it then chip it off?

When I look at an engine, my attention is always immediately drawn to the wiring. Yours is absolutely superb.

Cheers,

Chris
You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Sorry, I have not  I replied, but I was a little busy. So yes, as I wrote I apply it using airbrush or brush, then I paint with paint which I wear out (it must be acrylic paint) Then with a brush and hot water  scrape paint

And now a little update

Some new photos of my Roland. The work progresses slowly, because of lack of time.
